I was 16 years old when I first made the step into the professional kitchen in my hometown Ostuni.

I started from there for a "summer job".

Day after day I felt more and more in love and began to dream of having a place of my own when I could express myself.

After graduating, this passion pushed me to leave my homeland and family for almost 20 years and move abroad. First in Switzerland and then in England.

I started travelling and discovered different cultures, flavours, cooking techniques and products around the world, but the most important thing is that I met my partner, she was always next to me, helping me to live my dream and above all to believe in me.

Today I am proud to present you the Restaurant La Vecchia Terrazza, the dream has come true, a summary of all the years spent travelling abroad, the place where excellent products are treated with love and respect.
